A mantra adopted by my close friends rings true with the REAL DEV School x Label Armoire collab. REALDEV-School by O’Hara Development Partners CDC is an immersive 5-month real estate development education program for women seeking to build wealth, legacy, and disrupt a traditionally dominated industry.

Owner and creator Joanna Bartholomew wanted something special and commemorative for her first Cohort. A custom varsity jacket was on par for trend and style. However, they needed to be warm, functional and eye catching. To accomplish this feat, we honed in on quality!

We kept it traditional with solid black blended bodice and faux leather sleeves. Although faux, the sleeves are soft like butter! The plush diamond quilted lining keeps the cold out/ warmth in. Accompanied by snap button closure, bilateral inside chest pockets and 2 deep front pockets. The details bring it home, we adorned each jacket with premium 2D embroidery commanding attention to the schools insignia.
